The International Business Honor Society (IBHS) was founded in 2010 at Florida International University by a diverse group of students and faculty dedicated to creating a collaborative space for skill-building essential for life after graduation.

Keeping international topics at the forefront, students regularly engage in discussions about social issues affecting their home countries and beyond. This commitment to social change has inspired the successful launch of multiple ventures, including a coffee shop in Costa Rica and the "Bandhwari Women's Project," showcasing the society's dedication to making a positive impact globally.
